Meet our new board members!

We have two new faces on our Board of Directors!

Please give Danielle and Susan a warm welcome! We are excited to have them as part of the team.

Meet Danielle (Dani) Poma

Dani works for Kellanova (formerly Kellogg) as the North American regional leader for Natural Resource Conservation. Her role is to create the foundational work for sustainability and natural resource conservation for Kellanova’s many manufacturing locations. As part of her job, Dani travels to different locations to collaborate with the manufacturing sites and their local communities to implement sustainability initiatives. Prior to her current role with Kellanova, Dani worked as the EHS Manager at the Kellanova Grand Rapids Bakery, which is the largest producer of Pop-Tarts in North America! Her favorite Pop-Tart flavor is Brown Sugar Cinnamon.

Before coming to Grand Rapids, Dani earned a degree in Environmental Engineering from Michigan Technological University in the UP. While originally from Flint, she has lived in Grand Rapids for 8 years and has enjoyed getting to know the community and exploring the numerous parks and outdoor activities GR has to offer. In her free time, she enjoys getting outdoors with her husband (Rory) and dog (Luna), traveling, and playing board games.

Meet Susan Clark

Susan enjoys connecting the dots to find solutions and collaborating to implement them. In her roles as a mom, entrepreneur, and involved member of multiple networks, boards, and committees, she gets to do both! She is excited to see how building Trauma Informed Philanthropy Consulting, LLC and motherhood complement each other.

Susan loves the healing and comforting power of water, being outdoors, learning, and food. Cooking and baking for herself or others, hiking, beach days, spending time with her kids and dog, and watching sports are her favorite ways to relax.
