Park maintenance goes well beyond bathrooms and parking lots. Maintaining the ecosystems is important for wildlife and the people who enjoy the parks. These workdays will primarily remove invasive species and plant native species to improve the biodiversity and ecological health of the park. Each workday will include an educational component to help understand the park’s natural features and the purpose of that day’s project.
