If you like talking to people and have an eye for detail, volunteering with Friends staff at June Ring Race at Bike Park could be for you! We have three open spots for event volunteers.
As a volunteer during the June Ring Race event, you will:
- Arrive early to help set up the registration tent
- Help with registration and participant check-in
- Make sure folks participating in the Ring Race know where to go to sign a waiver and get put on the race bracket
Make sure folks know they can help themselves to shaved ice, and direct them to where the food vendor is set up for the event - Stay a little late to help with taking the tents, tables, etc. down after the event is done, and loading them into a staff member’s vehicle
Once all participants are checked in, you are welcome to participate in the Ring Race!
