Welcome to the first meeting of Friends of Garfield Park! We’ll meet at the Garfield Park Neighborhood Association Lodge, and do a walk of the park’s perimeter. We’ll discuss the history of the park, talk about the trees in the park, and invites folks to join the Friends of Garfield Park group! We’ll highlight potential first projects for Friends of Garfield Park, as part of Friends’ Park Stewardship Program pilot.
