Come learn about tree species along Friends and the City of Grand Rapids Parks and Recreation department’s GR Outside division.
Paddle the Grand River along Riverside Park as Certified Arborist Lauren Davis teaches how to admire and identify our local trees along the Grand River.
Basic kayaking instruction is included. This trip launches and ends at the Riverside Park Lagoon.
All equipment is included. Parking instructions and a suggested packing list will be emailed to participants on registration.
Ages 15+ can participate. Youth under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
