People are gathered under a green tent lit by hanging lanterns in a dark forest. A few individuals and a dog are lined up near a table with a person assisting them. Paper bags with lights line the path.

On December 21st, we set up a Luminaria walk along the trail of Ken-O-Sha Park, along with hot cocoa and s’mores stations. We were delighted to have record-breaking attendance for this event – over 500 individuals of all ages came to walk the candle-lit trail with us! It was the perfect way to wrap up 2023.

We hope that you continue to Explore Your Parks this winter. We will host another Luminaria Walk on Tuesday, February 13th at Richmond Park. You can learn more about this event here.

This event was sponsored by Neighborhood Match Fund.
