Friends of Grand Rapids Parks is excited to announce our free, community event series lineup for 2026. Each event promotes a park activity in partnership with local leaders and experts who will provide instruction and insight for participants. Our hope is that participants will have a fun, rich experience and come away from each event with the tools and confidence to come back and do the activity on their own.

When we say “you belong out here,” we mean it! Events are always free and light refreshments will be provided. (We do ask that attendees register for events ahead of time so we can plan treats accordingly!) See you out there!
